For those of you female boxing fans who have not tried our womens class, take a peek and then get off the couch and get in the game!
Adrienne's Boxing Lesson For the past couple months, Adrienne has been showing how to make tasty and healthy foods to help you to your abundant life. But food is not enough. Exercise is just as important. Why not have fun doing it? Boxing might just be the activity for you.
Women's boxing has transitioned from a fad to a lifestyle. In our womens' boxing classes, you'll have fun, learn to box and get into the greatest shape of your life.
You will not be expected to create your own fitness routine. Our trainers will design a daily routine based on your current fitness capability at no extra cost. The 1-on-1 attention is part of your membership. Just ask, and a trainer will gladly create a program especially for you.
MEMBERSHIP PROGRAMS
The Standard Membership consists of a structured training environment, including a strength and conditioning program in our weight-training area to be combined with your cardio and boxing workout.
The Class Membership is for classes only, which can be purchased individually or in packs. No experience is necessary. Beginners are always welcome. Our trainer-led classes include 90 minutes of jump rope; medicine ball and weight-training; plyometrics; and, of course lots and lots of boxing.
Class and Standard Memberships are charged individually and can not be combined into one membership. Visit the Classes and Camps page for schedules.
